FlexModel offers customizable digital design files (STL, 3MF, DXF, and similar) for 3D printing and laser cutting. We sell digital downloads only—no physical products are shipped.

2. Account Registration

  • You must create an account to purchase and download files.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Purchases & Payments

  • All prices are shown in $.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • FlexModel does not store your credit card details.

  • Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.

4. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a file, you receive a personal or commercial-use license with the following rules:

✔ You may:

  • Download the file for personal or business use.

  • 3D print or laser cut physical products from the file.

  • Sell physical products made from the file.

✘ You may not:

  • Share, resell, or distribute the digital file.

  • Modify and resell the file as your own.

  • Use the file for illegal or infringing purposes.

5. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

  • If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and technology on FlexModel are the property of FlexModel unless otherwise stated.

  • Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright ownership.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • FlexModel is not responsible for issues related to your hardware, software, or printer/cutter compatibility.

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits or business interruptions.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
